My Lancôme Rewards is our exclusive rewards program designed to delight and treat our Lancôme lovers. Enjoy exclusive privileges by earning points every time you shop online at Lancome.com.au, or at one of our Lancôme department store counters. Points can be redeemed as vouchers and spent online at lancome.com.au. Plus, your spend contributes to upgrading your rewards tier, which unlocks even more exclusive benefits. Membership is complimentary.

All you need to do is fill out our online form which includes providing your full name, your email address, and, for online accounts, selecting a password. There are no other requirements to join, but in order to be eligible for a My Lancôme Rewards birthday reward, you’ll also need to provide your date and month of birth. You can redeem your points for vouchers in the rewards catalogue. 400 points = $20 voucher, 600 points = $30 voucher and 800 points = $40 voucher.

Points can also be redeemed for full-sized products & loyalty-exclusive items in the Rewards Catalogue. To redeem, log into your account, click the rewards catalogue and browse the items. Each item will have a points value assigned. When you select an item & add it to cart, those points will be deducted from your points balance. You must have enough points available in your account to checkout & your total transaction value must be $1 or more.
