INTRODUCING LANCÔME’S WRITE YOUR FUTURE PROGRAM
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SHOOTING STARS

THE PROGRAM IS SHAPED TO EMPOWER YOUNG ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER GIRLS & WOMEN

LANCÔME IS COMMITTED TO EMPOWERING THE FUTURES OF ALL WOMEN, FOR IMPACTFUL CHANGE.

Through the Write Your Future partnership with Shooting Stars, Lancôme aims to contribute to the empowerment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls and women by providing them with the tools and support required to succeed in their educational and professional endeavour's.

We will see Lancôme ambassadors mentor the young women in Shooting Stars, through sharing their own experiences with finding their voice, giving back to the community and providing them with the tools and practices they used to navigate the formative years of their lives.

Friends of Lancôme, Brooke Blurton and Jesinta Franklin , commenced Lancôme’s Write Your Future program in Perth, leading a tactical workshop with 37 senior students, from Shooting Stars sites across Western and South Australia.

Friend of Lancôme, Brooke Blurton spoke with pride on the announcement of Lancôme’s Write your Future program. “Being a young woman in today’s society comes with its challenges at the best of times, let alone when faced with adversity. I’m honoured to share some of my own experiences, in overcoming challenges I’ve faced, to believe my dreams are within my grasp in the hopes these stories resonate with the young women before me, and inspire them for their futures.”

Shooting Stars operates on the principle that every individual has the potential to succeed and thrive when provided with the right support and opportunities. In partnering with Lancôme Australia, Shooting Stars aims to expand its reach and impact, reaching more Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls and women and providing them with mentorship, resources and support to obtain quality education to ‘write their own futures’.
